Welcome to Turnkey Card. By accessing the platform, creating an account, subscribing to a membership, using your QR Code, or benefiting from any offer, discount, cashback, reward, or campaign, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Turnkey Card
Turnkey Card is a membership and loyalty platform that allows customers to access selected benefits through participating partners. These benefits may include instant discounts, cashback points, rewards, exclusive offers, and marketing campaigns.
The platform focuses mainly on furniture, décor, home finishing, home appliances, home lifestyle services, and other services related to the home journey.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using Turnkey Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform and its services.
3. User Account and Membership
Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or subscribing to a membership.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account, membership details, and QR Code.
Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the platform, unless usage is approved by a parent or legal guardian.
Each user may only maintain one account unless otherwise approved by Turnkey Card.
Turnkey Card reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account in case of misuse, fraud, inaccurate information, duplicate accounts, or violation of these Terms.
4. Membership QR Code
Each member may receive a QR Code or another approved membership identifier.
The QR Code or membership identifier must be presented before payment in order to receive any eligible discount, cashback, reward, or benefit.
Turnkey Card and its partners may not be able to apply benefits after payment has been completed if the QR Code or membership identifier was not presented beforehand.
The QR Code and membership benefits are intended for the registered member only and may not be shared, transferred, sold, or misused unless expressly permitted by Turnkey Card.
5. Instant Discounts
Turnkey Card may provide instant discounts through participating partners.
Discount rates may vary depending on the partner, branch, product category, campaign, membership type, or any other applicable condition.
Some products, services, categories, promotions, or special offers may be excluded from Turnkey Card discounts.
Turnkey Card discounts may not be combined with other discounts, offers, promotions, or campaigns unless expressly stated.
6. Cashback and Points
Cashback may be granted to customers in the form of points inside the Turnkey Card wallet.
Cashback points are not cash, cannot be withdrawn as money, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Points may be used only according to the redemption rules, partner availability, campaign conditions, and platform policies.
Turnkey Card reserves the right to determine, modify, limit, suspend, or cancel cashback rates, point calculation rules, redemption options, usage limits, expiry dates, eligible partners, and eligible categories at any time.
Points may be subject to expiry dates, minimum purchase values, maximum usage limits, partner restrictions, category restrictions, or other conditions.
7. Offers and Campaigns
Turnkey Card may launch temporary offers, campaigns, vouchers, or rewards in cooperation with selected partners.
Each offer or campaign may have its own terms, including validity period, eligible users, minimum spend, usage limits, excluded products or services, participating branches, or partner-specific conditions.
Turnkey Card reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any offer, campaign, voucher, or reward at any time, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
8. Participating Partners
Participating partners are independent businesses that provide products or services to customers.
Turnkey Card is responsible for managing the membership platform, discounts, cashback points, rewards, vouchers, and campaigns within the platform.
Turnkey Card is not responsible for the quality, delivery, warranty, maintenance, exchange, refund, after-sales service, or any dispute related to products or services provided by participating partners.
All product and service responsibilities remain with the relevant partner providing the product or service.
9. User Responsibilities
By using Turnkey Card, users agree to provide accurate and updated information, use the platform lawfully and responsibly, use points and benefits only as intended, not manipulate the system, not attempt unauthorized access, not use the platform for fraudulent or harmful purposes, and comply with all partner-specific, campaign-specific, and offer-specific terms.
10. Payments and Membership Fees
Some Turnkey Card memberships or services may require annual fees or other charges.
All applicable fees, payment methods, and membership details will be communicated before subscription.
Membership activation may be subject to payment review and approval by Turnkey Card management.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, membership activation is not automatic and may require administrative approval.
Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by Turnkey Card or required by applicable law.
Turnkey Card reserves the right to change membership fees, service fees, or payment terms with reasonable notice.
11. Intellectual Property
All rights related to the Turnkey Card name, logo, brand identity, platform, designs, text, images, content, features, software, and digital tools are owned by or licensed to Turnkey Card.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, reverse engineer, or use any part of the platform or its content without prior written permission from Turnkey Card.
12. Data and Privacy
Turnkey Card may collect and process personal data necessary to operate the platform, manage memberships, apply discounts, add cashback points, process redemptions, improve the service, and provide relevant offers.
Personal data will be handled according to the Turnkey Card Privacy Policy.
By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data according to the Privacy Policy.
13. Modifications to the Service
Turnkey Card reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform, services, features, rewards, offers, campaigns, or these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform after any update or change means that you accept the updated Terms.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Turnkey Card does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.
Turnkey Card is not liable for any temporary unavailability, technical failure, delay, data loss, or service interruption, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Turnkey Card shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Turnkey Card shall not be responsible for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or disputes between customers and participating partners.
16. Account Suspension or Termination
Users may request to close their account by contacting support.
Turnkey Card may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account without prior notice in cases including violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, misuse of discounts or points, inaccurate information, failure to pay applicable fees, or any activity that may harm the platform, partners, or other users.
Upon termination, the user’s right to access or use the platform may stop immediately, and any unused points, rewards, or benefits may be cancelled according to platform rules.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
